DRILL MAGAZINE

Drill is the official fanzine for Powertool Records. It features articles, interviews, reviews and information about our artists and people we dig. It is a monthly publication and is free. We distribute it to our database of friends and is available in selected record stores, venues and cafes. If you want to contribute, subscribe or advertise, drop me a line at andrew@powertoolrecords.co.nz . Bear in mind that the opinions expressed in some of the articles are not neccessarily the opinion of Powertool Records.

We also have a story about Bill Direen's Berlin Years. Interviews with poet/songwriter Sandra Bell and Otis Mace - Guitar Ace. Ex-pat Katbite have given us a rundown on her world in Holland. We also have a song by song breakdown of the latest release from music luminere's The Puddle ..... and reviews of two recent Powertool releases Otis Mace's 'Bird In Bush Road' and Ward 4's 'Overflow'. Last but not least .... a poem from Andrea Levarre-Waters.

The feature article this month is an in depth interview with Graeme Jefferies from the Cakekitchen. Find out what's he's been doing the past fifteen years since he moved to Germany to live.
